Investment Strategy

DXE Properties’ acquisition strategy is centered on a relentless data driven focus on relative value. The firm identifies assets with compelling upside without a reliance on market appreciation.

Targeting deals with a “story,” we focus on off-market acquisitions in both existing product and new development sites. We are a ‘heavy lift’ organization that has the skillset to develop ground up and execute on major renovations. We look for assets that require physical and/or operational improvements to create value and improve the tenant experience. Many of the acquired assets have not been renovated in 20-30 years, which makes them ripe candidates for a new look.

The firm’s target markets are the major growth areas of the Southeast and Northwest United States.
